Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager for Air Filtration & Cleanroom Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading marketing initiatives to position our products effectively in the market. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling value propositions, executing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, supporting sales enablement, planning marketing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, managing pricing strategies, engaging with customers and industries, and more. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in engineering (MBA preferred), proven experience in B2B marketing or product management, strong communication skills, technical acumen, experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, and the ability to travel as required. Key Responsibilities: - Develop compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to key customer segments. - Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and upgrades. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights. - Create marketing collaterals, presentations, case studies, and product training tools. - Plan and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Product Development teams. - Support pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and product lifecycle management. - Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and with key accounts. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in engineering, MBA preferred. - Proven experience in B2B marketing or product management. - Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Technical acumen and ability to grasp complex product details. - Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. - Understanding of air filtration standards is a plus. - Ability to travel domestically/internationally as required. In addition to the above, you will be evaluated based on metrics such as new leads generated, number of customers added to the database, increase in market share, customer satisfaction index, new product ideas initiated, and product technical training modules developed.,
