Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, communicating effectively, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong sales skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closure, ensuring high conversion rates. Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and follow up diligently to drive revenue. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management. Effectively pitch and present company products/services to prospective customers in a persuasive manner. Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to optimize lead qualification and conversion strategies. Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on sales performance and Customer feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to position the company’s solutions effectively. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue Target Achievement – Percentage of monthly/quarterly sales target met. Conversion Rate – Percentage of leads converted into successful sales. Average Deal Size – The average revenue per closed deal. Upsell & Cross-sell Rate – Percentage of additional products/services sold to existing customers. Qualifications Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the education or entrepreneurship sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
