Role Overview (Outbound Process)

pure outbound sales role

Make daily outbound calls to potential customers
Pitch Solar Capital’s subscription model confidently
Generate interest, qualify leads, and close sales
Handle objections and follow up systematically
Maintain call logs and CRM updates
Achieve daily and monthly targets

Who Should Apply

You are a good fit if you:

Are comfortable with
high-volume calling
Have good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Are target-driven and disciplined
Can handle rejection and stay consistent
Have telesales/outbound experience (preferred, not mandatory)

Compensation & Growth

Fixed salary:
