Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers and distributors, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Assist in onboarding new clients and distributors, including providing product knowledge and service details. Qualifications & Skills SSLC / PUC / Any Graduation 0 – 3 years of experience in customer support, sales support, or business development (preferably in FMCG / Food Products industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.
