Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Business Development Department) Position: Customer Support Executive Department: Business Development Location: HSR layout Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 + Incentives Job nature: Work from office About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our Business Development Department. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing after-sales support, handling customer queries, and assisting the business development team in achieving growth targets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understands the food products industry, and can contribute to business expansion through excellent service and support. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers and distributors, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional and solution-oriented support. Coordinate with the business development team to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery. Assist in onboarding new clients and distributors, including providing product knowledge and service details. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels. Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the business development and product teams. Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and reports. Support the sales team in follow-ups, lead nurturing, and post-sales engagement. Work closely with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications & Skills SSLC / PUC / Any Graduation 0 – 3 years of experience in customer support, sales support, or business development (preferably in FMCG / Food Products industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.
