Role: Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented Inside Sales Representatives who can drive enrollment growth for our training-cum-internship programs. If you’re passionate about sales, communication, and helping students upskill, this is the right opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality counseling calls to prospective leads and convert them into course enrollments
  • Understand student needs and recommend relevant NeoSkillz programs
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead pipelines in CRM tools
  • Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct virtual sales meetings and product demonstrations
  • Build rapport with students and ensure excellent pre- and post-sales communication
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion ratios
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and strategy discussions


Probation Details (45 Days)

  • During the 45-day probation period, candidates must:
  • Meet the assigned

    revenue and enrollment targets

  • Demonstrate consistency in call activity, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Show strong communication, negotiation, and sales discipline
  • Successful completion of probation will lead to confirmation with full CTC benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply
  • Prior experience in

    EdTech sales, inside sales, or BDA roles

    is a plus
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work remotely with professionalism and accountability
