About the Role – Inside Sales Representative (B2C) We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative with at least 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or B2C). This role involves lead generation, client engagement, product demos, and closing deals while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 📌 Probation Period: 45 days 💰 Salary (Post-Probation): Up to 5 LPA (based on performance) 🖥️ Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) – Laptop & stable internet connection required Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and online resources. Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest in our IT services. Schedule and deliver virtual product/service demos, customizing them to client needs. Maintain accurate lead/customer data in CRM and ensure regular follow-ups. Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers to establish trust and credibility. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Track and review sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline health, deal size) to improve performance. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales (B2B or B2C – both acceptable). Strong communication skills in English (oral & written). Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho Proven ability in cold calling, lead qualification, product demos, and deal closure. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred Skills Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills. Strong research and market analysis abilities.
