Front-End Developer Internship Program

Role: Front-End Developer Intern

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web pages using

  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Assist in building and maintaining NeoSkillz web platforms
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional interfaces
• Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Debug and resolve issues across different browsers and devices
• Learn and work with frameworks such as

  React.js

  (preferred)
• Participate in weekly sprints, reviews, and remote team meetings
• Maintain clear documentation of code, features, and updates

Performance Expectations

During the internship, candidates are expected to:

• Complete weekly coding tasks and project deliverables
• Demonstrate strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals
• Write clean, readable, and reusable code
• Meet deadlines and maintain consistency in submissions
• Show creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Meet performance benchmarks to qualify for stipend and certification

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates passionate about Front-End development
• Basic knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS
• JavaScript
• DOM Manipulation
• Familiarity with:
• React.js or any modern JS framework (preferred)
• Git/GitHub workflows
• Creative mindset, good problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn
