Role: Inside Sales Representative / Sales Development Representative

We do this through a full-stack solution that includes expert counselling, psychometric assessments, mentorship programs, parenting diagnostics, and interactive wellbeing platforms.
This isn’t your typical calling job. As a Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative at Mentoria, you are the first human touchpoint between Mentoria and the corporate world.
You’ll initiate meaningful conversations with CHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L&D heads, DE&I leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs, and generate qualified meetings for our Business Development team.
This role requires intelligence, empathy, research, and relationship-building not just scripts and spamming.
