Job Summary: Are you a natural-born Sales Hunter with a relentless drive to discover new opportunities? Do you get a thrill from turning a cold lead into a hot prospect? We're searching for ambitious Inside Sales Representatives to be the spearhead of our growth, aggressively expanding our sales pipeline in either the US or India.
What You'll Do:
* Pipeline Dominator: Dive deep into your assigned market (US or India ), leveraging powerful tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha etc. to unearth high-potential prospects and build a robust, thriving sales pipeline from scratch.
* Outbound Alchemist: Plan, Initiate, Transform cold calls and emails into golden opportunities. You'll master targeted outreach campaigns, consistently hitting high conversion rates from initial contact to qualified, must-see demos, specifically engaging prospects during their respective business hours.
* For US Market Focus: This requires comfort with evening/night shifts in India.
* For India Market Focus: This requires working standard day shifts in India.
* Strategy Maestro: Craft compelling, conversion-driving email and call scripts. You'll also play a key role in refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for your specific manufacturing market segment and optimizing our entire conversion playbook.
* Growth Catalyst: Collaborate seamlessly with our technical team, ensuring every qualified lead gets converted
* Insightful Methodist: Stickler for following Sales methodology, qualifying deals and reporting for Collaborative working to ensure higher success.
Who You Are:
* The Go-Getter: 3-6 years of proven, high-energy outbound inside sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience, with a strong track record of success, ideally within the software projects sales, or B2B software sectors in the US market.
* Market Savvy: You possess a keen understanding of the US software services market landscape and cultural nuances, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively.
* Shift Adaptable (for US Market): you are comfortable and eager to work US business hours (which will involve evening/night shifts in India) to effectively connect with our target audience.
* Tech-Savvy Communicator: Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. Your communication is sharp, articulate, and impactful, both written and verbal. You're a master of active listening.
* Relentless & Resilient: You thrive on targets, embrace challenges, and possess that unshakeable "can-do" attitude. No door is truly closed, just waiting to be opened.
