Job Summary: The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Internal Sales Representatives who focus on generating B2B leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha and other marketing and database tools. This role involves overseeing the lead generation process, ensuring alignment with the sales team, and driving the overall performance of the ISR team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of Internal Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve lead generation targets. Develop and implement strategies for effective B2B lead generation using LinkedIn and other database tools. Monitor and analyze ISR performance metrics to ensure team goals are met. Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives. Provide training, coaching, and support to ISRs to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address any challenges. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales. Prepare and present regular reports on ISR team performance to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales management or team lead role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other database tools like Apollo, Lead-squared etc. for lead generation and tracking. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
