Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and digital channels.
• Nurture and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and work closely with the Business Development team.
• Maintain a high volume of outreach while ensuring quality engagement with prospects.
• Track and report key sales metrics (calls made, emails sent, demos booked, conversions).
• Conduct product presentations and effectively articulate value propositions to decision-makers.
• Continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize outreach strategies.
• Use CRM tools to maintain and update records of interactions and prospect progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in inside sales, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Experience working in

  SaaS-based or software services companies

  is mandatory.

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

• Strong

  conversion rate

  with measurable success in driving revenue or qualified leads.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of different SaaS models (B2B/B2C), IT services, and software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to international sales processes and global markets.
