JOB DESCRIPTION - FLUTTER DEVELOPER Company Description: RedoQ is a SaaS and FinTech business founded in 2011 and headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent, UK. Our products, DineOrder and Kuick, cater to small/medium businesses and individuals, providing them with efficient tools and platforms. DineOrder supports takeaways and restaurants with EPOS systems, websites, and delivery management, while Kuick offers convenience across multiple domains like food ordering, online payments, and ticket booking. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter, with a deep understanding of both iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and innovative mobile apps. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS, Android, Linux and Windows platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile app development and ensure the use of best practices. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter. Strong knowledge of Dart programming language. Experience in integrating third-party APIs and libraries. Proficiency with state management tools like Provider , Riverpod, and Bloc . Solid understanding of the mobile development life cycle and building for iOS and Android. Experience with native development (iOS/Android) is a plus. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Skills: Experience with Firebase, Google Cloud, or AWS. Knowledge of Material Design and mobile UI design principles. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
