Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced mobile applications using

  Flutter

  for Android and iOS.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code with pixel-perfect designs.
  
• Architect, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  
• Optimize app performance, troubleshoot bugs, and deliver smooth user experiences.
  
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
  
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.
  
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers to ensure best development practices.
  
• Participate in code reviews, ensure coding standards, and enforce clean architecture principles.
  
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and technical decision-making within the team.
  
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and Flutter ecosystem advancements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years

  of hands-on experience in mobile development, with

  minimum 4 years in Flutter

  .
• Strong experience in

  coding skills.

• Strong proficiency in

  Dart

  and solid knowledge of Flutter widgets, animations, state management, and navigation.
• Experience with popular state management solutions such as

  Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or MobX

  .
• Expertise in

  REST APIs

  , JSON parsing, offline storage, and local database integration (SQLite, Hive, etc.).
• Good understanding of

  native Android/iOS development

  concepts and platform constraints.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
  
• Proven experience in

  leading teams

  , task distribution, and collaborating in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD

  , Git, Firebase, push notifications, and app deployment on Play Store/App Store.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and team-collaboration skills.
