The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the cloud technology sector, and will be responsible for leading and developing our inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure a steady pipeline of prospective customers. Set individual sales targets for the sales team and ensure they align with the companys objectives. Track sales goals and report results to the executive leadership team. Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
