Key Responsibilities Sales Generation: Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to identify and qualify new sales opportunities Drive sales and revenue growth within an assigned territory or account base. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for low-to-mid complexity deals. Customer Engagement Build strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to queries and issues. Collaboration Coordinate with field sales, product specialists, and pre-sales teams to support customer requirements. Work closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns and pipeline development. Reporting Forecasting Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular updates on sales activities and forecasts. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
