Inside Sales Manager

• Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, scripts, and processes to maximize lead conversion.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; generate regular reports for management.
• Manage the sales pipeline in CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales executives to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Work closely with senior management to set revenue goals and align sales operations.
• Experience in inside sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
