Role Overview The Inside Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping how potential clients experience PIVUT in their very first conversation. This role requires someone with strong business acumen, the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and the presence to hold consultative conversations with CHROs, CXOs, and decision-makers. You’ll work closely with our founder, and delivery leads to own inbound and outbound lead engagement, qualify opportunities, and co-create compelling proposals that convert interest into trust. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Qualification Engage with inbound leads and drive structured outbound outreach to potential clients Hold high-quality discovery conversations to uncover client needs, pain points, and transformation goals Qualify leads using a consultative lens — not just checklists Sales Conversations & Conversion Build credibility and trust in early conversations with CXO/CHRO-level stakeholders Represent PIVUT’s offerings clearly and insightfully — from deep coaching journeys to top team interventions Follow up with strategic intent, maintaining momentum through multiple touchpoints Pipeline Management Maintain structured CRM records and dashboards Track and report lead status, opportunity health, and conversion metrics Ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks — while staying human and relationship-first Maintain clear documentation of sales progress and next steps What We’re Looking For A consultative, insight-driven sales mindset — not a script reader Comfort and credibility in speaking with CXO-level stakeholders Strong articulation skills — written and verbal High ownership, responsiveness, and maturity in handling relationships Ability to translate complexity into clarity — and confidence into commitment Comfort working in a startup-like, high-agency, collaborative environment What Kind of Past Experience Helps We’re looking for someone sharp, emotionally intelligent, and energized by human conversations. Role Overview As a Business Development Manager at Pivut, you will be the face of our growth in the Bangalore/Southern region. Manage and expand accounts – drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations. Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to position PIVUT effectively. Review & update pipeline weekly to ensure progress on revenue goals. Ideal Candidate 2–5 years of business development experience in consulting, training, edtech, or fintech (only). Proven experience selling to HR and L&D leaders; strong networks in the region preferred. Excellent client-facing communication, poise, and executive presence. Passion for consultative sales, strategic partnerships, and scaling accounts. Familiar with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. Consulting, EdTech, or Coaching background highly preferred.
