We are hiring a Business Development Manager in Bangalore to strengthen our presence in the southern market.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Pivut, you will be the face of our growth in the Bangalore/Southern region. Your role will focus on building relationships with Heads of L&D and senior HR stakeholders, creating new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This is a core field sales role that demands resilience, market intelligence, and the ability to position PIVUT’s unique leadership and coaching offerings with clarity and conviction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively drive field BD and generate new leads to expand enterprise and high-growth client base.
  • Identify, build, and close new business opportunities with L&D Heads, CHROs, and senior HR leaders.
  • Tap into existing HR/L&D networks and relationships to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Manage and expand accounts – drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to position PIVUT effectively.
  • Review & update pipeline weekly to ensure progress on revenue goals.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–5 years of business development experience in consulting, training, edtech, or fintech (only).
  • Proven experience selling to HR and L&D leaders; strong networks in the region preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, poise, and executive presence.
  • Passion for consultative sales, strategic partnerships, and scaling accounts.
  • Familiar with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Consulting, EdTech, or Coaching background highly preferred.
