Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and performance-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead to manage a team of 7–10 Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, improve call efficiency, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 7–10 Inside Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs: dialed calls, connected calls, talk time, and conversions.
- Drive daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance coaching.
- Create a positive team culture focused on ownership, learning, and results.
- Work closely with Training, QA, and Recruitment to enhance team productivity.
- Track and analyze sales data to improve processes and performance.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure service excellence.
- Support the team by making calls when required and leading by example.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and continuous upskilling of the team.
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics to Sales Leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of overall experience in Inside Sales; minimum 1–2 years in a team lead role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to drive team targets in a high-volume call environment.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.

Performance Expectations
- Dive team metrics: 125+ dialed calls, 50+ connects, and 3+ hours of talk time per agent daily.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high team morale and low attrition.
