Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to identify and generate new leads .
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to presentation and solution pitching to closure.
Present and support in demonstrate HRMS solutions to CXOs, HR Heads, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Required qualifications & skills

Experience
: Min 2+ years in
B2B lead generation
,
Sales Development (SDR)
, or
inside sales
role, preferably within the
HRMS
, or
payroll
services space.
Candidates from
payroll services or HR software sales
background preferred.
Must have experience with
enterprise sales cycles
and solution-based selling.
Strong communication,
lead generation
,
presentation
, and
negotiation
skills.
Demonstrated experience in selling to
CXOs
or
HR leadership.
Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll, or HR Tech products preferred.
Self-motivated individual contributor with a results-oriented mindset.
Exposure to SaaS / Cloud-based solution sales will be an advantage
