Job Description

About the role

The ideal candidate will manage the full inside-sales cycle starting from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, pricing discussions, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding Autorox across international markets, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities

Prospect and build a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead follow-ups
Conduct high impact product demos to workshop owners and decision makers
Qualify prospects and understand customer needs to position Autorox effectively
Negotiate pricing, proposals, and commercial terms
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts to drive revenue expansion
Perform data mining and market research to identify target segments and new opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined inside sales processes
Work across global time zones (Middle East, APAC, Europe, US) as required
Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live and retention

Preferred candidate profile

25 years of inside-sales experience (SaaS experience preferred)
Proven track record in cold calling, demos, negotiation & closing
Experience selling to international markets
Strong communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; additional languages a plus)
Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycle and CRM usage (Freshdesk/Zoho preferred)
High energy, results-driven mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
