Role & responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end delivery lifecycle

  from requirement gathering to deployment and post-release review.
• Work closely with

  Product, Technology, and Support teams

  to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Define and manage

  project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources

  .
• Establish and maintain

  delivery governance frameworks

  including regular status updates, progress reports, and risk logs.
• Drive

  sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination

  with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report delivery performance against KPIs (velocity, throughput, cycle time, etc.).
• Implement and refine

  Agile

  processes to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Proactively identify risks and issues; lead mitigation and resolution efforts.
• Manage

  stakeholder expectations

  and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure

  quality standards, documentation, and compliance

  are adhered to in every phase of delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree

  in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience

  in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Program Management in a technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of

  Agile and traditional project management methodologies

  .
• Proven track record in

  delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects

  .
• Proficiency in

  project management tools

  such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Ability to balance

  strategic thinking

  with hands-on execution.
• Experience in managing

  multi-team environments
