About the Role:

Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery for domestic hiring projects across multiple clients.
  
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
  
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and allocate resources effectively.
  
• Drive performance management, training, and productivity enhancement within the team.
  
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, track progress, and prepare delivery reports.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and compliance guidelines.
  
• Resolve operational challenges related to sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure of positions.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operational flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-9 years

  of experience in

  Domestic Recruitment / Domestic Staffing

  (mandatory).
• Strong experience in client interaction, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership.
  
• Proven team-handling experience with the ability to motivate and lead recruiters.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels, recruitment strategies, and market trends.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools/portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
