Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in

  Oracle ERP/EPM/Cloud project delivery

• Oversee the successful delivery of

  Oracle projects (ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, etc.)

• Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
• Proven client-facing experience with

  strong communication and leadership skills

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Ensure alignment with client

  business objectives and delivery excellence.

• Deep functional and technical Oracle expertise, and a proven track record of managing

  large-scale Oracle implementations

  across multiple industries

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  scaling offshore operations

  and building high-performing teams.
• Experience in building competencies from ground-up
• Strong knowledge of

  Middle East business culture and customer expectations.

• A strategic thinker with the ability to

  align delivery models with business growth objectives.
