Quality & Operational Leadership
– Drive governance across workflows through deep audits, data-driven evaluations, and continuous improvement to ensure highest policy compliance and operational accuracy.
Strategic & Stakeholder Management
– Align with senior leadership (client & Accenture) to influence business decisions, communicate recommendations, and support near-term and long-term strategic objectives.
Decision-Making & Ownership
– Operate autonomously in designing audit processes, solving complex quality issues, and implementing solutions that significantly impact daily operational performance.
People & Culture Leadership
– Lead large teams or critical workstreams, strengthen collaboration and performance, and build resilience and readiness in a high-pressure Trust & Safety environment with strong wellness support programs.
