🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure team adherence to SOPs and delivery excellence.
• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Lead technical discussions with hiring panels and recommend strategic solutions.
• Ensure 100% usage of recruitment tools and promote process-driven operations.
• Improve gross margin per closure and monitor delivery KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand client needs.
• Drive effective recruitment strategies to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing delivery team.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for daily operations.
• Manage resource allocation across contract and lateral hiring.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
