  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Drop facility)
  • Saturday (2nd, 4th and 5th): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (NO drop facility)

International B2B Inside Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end B2B inside sales

    for international markets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Managers).
  • Present company services, send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver solutions based on client requirements.
  • Maintain lead records and sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Achieve weekly/monthly

    sales targets and KPIs

    .
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate effectively across time zones (Night Shift role).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline (

    MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred

    ).
  • 13 years of experience in

    International B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation

    .
  • Experience in

    US/UK/Canada

    markets is mandatory.
  • Excellent spoken & written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working in a revenue-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, email writing, and LinkedIn outreach.
