Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rajkot for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, reaching out to potential customers, and building strong relationships. The role involves engaging with clients through effective communication, responding to queries, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating sales opportunities. The position requires coordination with the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, and customer references.
  2. Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations as per company pricing and policies.
  3. Follow up with customers for quotation approval and order confirmation.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to check product availability, pricing approval, and delivery timelines before final confirmation.
  5. Obtain order confirmation from customers and ensure all commercial terms are clearly agreed.
  6. Follow up with customers for advance payment or payment as per agreed terms.
  7. After order confirmation and payment, share approved quotation and order details with the dispatch/operations team for execution.
  8. Ensure correct documentation including sales order, quotation, payment details, and delivery instructions.
  9. Track order status and keep customers informed about dispatch and delivery schedules.
  10. Resolve customer queries related to orders, pricing, delivery, or payments in coordination with internal teams.
  11. Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, orders, and payments in ERP/CRM (Odoo).
  12. Achieve assigned sales targets and follow company sales processes and policies.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and building client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
  • Experience: 1–5 years in sales, order processing, or customer coordination (manufacturing / hardware industry preferred)


Salary & Benefits:-

  • Monthly Salary:

    ₹11,000 to ₹16,000 CTC (Based on experience, skills, and performance)
  • PF as per company policy
