Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Executive, located in Rajkot. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with the marketing team to execute online marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, processing sales orders, tracking and managing sales data, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in Online Marketing and eCommerce platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with the product range and the manufacturing industry is a plus
