Innovation Manager

PTC Circle IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and visionary Innovation Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of innovative educational technology initiatives in the PTC Robomax Programme, our flagship robotics and STEAM training program. The Innovation Manager will be responsible for creating dynamic curricula, managing technical projects, and driving innovation strategy to ensure impactful delivery across partner schools and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of innovative STEAM and robotics curricula aligned with educational standards and industry trends.

- Manage ,oversee and develop all technical projects under the PTC Robomax Programme, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with trainers and school partners to create effective learning modules, projects, and demonstrations.

- Drive continuous innovation in program strategy, content, and technology adoption, ensuring the program remains future-ready.

- Engage in development, testing, and deployment of new tools, kits, and learning platforms within the programme.

- Coordinate with academic experts, industry mentors, and internal teams to deliver holistic learning experiences.

- Evaluate program feedback and make data-driven improvements to curriculum and project approaches.

- Deliver training sessions or workshops, when required, for trainers and partner institutions.

- Maintain strong documentation of projects, resources, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

- Master’s degree or Phd in Engineering, Robotics, Education Technology, or related domain (preferred).

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in curriculum design, instructional research, or management of technical/educational projects.

- Strong understanding of STEM/STEAM education, robotics, AI, IoT, or related technical fields.

- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and deliver impactful programs.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Passion for innovation and educational transformation.
