Innovation Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for program planning and implementation, mentorship and coaching of startups, resource management, evaluation and reporting, networking and relationship building, investment and venture capital engagement, as well as events, sponsorships, and ecosystem engagement. Your key focus will be on supporting startup development, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and creating funding opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with entrepreneurs and internal teams to understand and meet the needs of entrepreneurs - Develop and execute programs, including idea generation, selection, and mentorship - Plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, and activities to support startup development - Manage resources effectively, including budgets, equipment, and materials - Evaluate accelerator programs and services, and report on startup progress to management and external stakeholders - Build relationships with startup founders, investors, and other key stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem - Assess funding opportunities, structure investment deals, and facilitate investor collaboration - Curate innovation events and roundtables to strengthen engagement within the ecosystem Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree and MBA (full time) are mandatory - 2 to 8 years of experience in project, program management, or startup ecosystem - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Ability to contribute to program design - Strong program execution discipline - Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and maturity to interact with senior leadership - Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks Additional Details: - Technical competencies required include proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management, execution and operation efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.,
