The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with strong project management skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for driving change through innovation.

• Develop and execute innovation strategies that align with the organization’s business goals and long-term vision.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, idea challenges, and innovation workshops. Evaluate ideas for feasibility, scalability, and business impact.
• Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify innovation opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end innovation projects including prototyping, pilot programs, testing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, operations, IT) and external partners (e.g., startups, academic institutions, accelerators) to co-develop innovative solutions.
• Champion innovation across the organization by promoting an open and creative work environment and recognizing new ideas.
• Define KPIs to assess innovation performance and return on investment (ROI). Regularly report progress to senior leadership.
• Apply design thinking, agile methodologies, lean startup principles, or other frameworks to accelerate idea development and implementation.
• Assess and manage risks associated with innovation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
