Job Summary

Innovation Manager

Lead the design, development, and execution of innovation strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new market opportunities, technologies, and business models.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product, sales, marketing, operations) to foster a culture of innovation.
Develop and manage innovation pipelines, from idea generation to commercialization.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new solutions.
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and hackathons to generate innovative ideas.
Build partnerships with startups, incubators, universities, and industry experts to accelerate innovation.
Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and report on ROI and business impact.
Encourage adoption of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, cloud, etc.) relevant to the business.
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on design thinking and agile methodologies.
Experience in innovation management, product development, or strategy.
Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and market trends.
Proven track record of delivering innovative projects from concept to execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies.
