Job Description

Role Overview:

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Support
Provide quick resolution for hardware, networking, and software issues across outlets, factory, and office.
Manage POS systems, billing software, CCTV, printers, and other operational IT infrastructure.
Maintain and update ERP/POS integrations and ensure data security & backup systems are in place.
Infrastructure & Security
Oversee server, storage, and networking infrastructure.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance, firewalls, and data protection.
Solution Development
Work with management to identify operational bottlenecks and build IT solutions.
Implement automation tools, digital dashboards, and analytics for business intelligence.
Explore and deploy cost-effective cloud and SaaS solutions.
Vendor & Team Management
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
Train staff on IT systems and ensure smooth adoption of new tools.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT management experience (preferably in Retail / FMCG / Hospitality sector).
Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac, Networking, Printers, POS).
Experience with ERP/POS systems (e.g., Tally, PetPooja, or similar).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Ability to design & implement IT-driven business solutions.
Strong communication & vendor management skills.
