A strong experience in ServiceNow development of all modules of ITSM & ITOM Developer with experience on customization, scripting and define workflows in ServiceNow
With 5 Years of hands-on experience ServiceNow development implementation projects and enhancements
Expertise in designing developing customizing administering IT Service Management ITSM processes handling incidents problems changes and service requests
Designed End to end Integrations for the customer needs and giving demo to the customer
Engage in support activities to ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment
ITOM Discovery experience in multiple projects
CMDB Core concepts and hands on experience
Possess strong integration skills for seamless connectivity of ServiceNow with other systems
Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ITSM Agile Service Now platform
Experience in Virtual Agent is recommended
Experience in ServiceNow Upgrade is an added advantage
Work with a team to design develop implement and maintain high quality technical solutions
Strong technical and analytical skills to generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems
Fast learner and a good team member having an analytical bent of mind and positive attitude
Possess creative thinking and good written and verbal professional communication skills
