As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of our ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules. - Customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. - Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues. - Ensuring best practices and standards are followed in ServiceNow development. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
