Automation Tester (Selenium + Java) 5+ years Immediate Joiners Chennai/ Bengaluru Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Selenium and Java to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Analyze requirements, design test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve application quality. Perform regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing as needed. Continuously enhance the automation framework for scalability and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java programming. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
