Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in ServiceNow development. Qualifications: Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
