Information Technology Service Management Consultant

You are a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer who will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating them with other enterprise systems, and ensuring that our ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM solutions meet our business requirements. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, customizing them to align with our business needs, and integrating them with other enterprise systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues, and ensure that best practices and standards are followed in ServiceNow development. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration. You should possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is essential, along with experience in REST/SOAP web services and APIs. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication and collaboration abilities will be critical to your success. Preferred qualifications for this position include being a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or holding other relevant certifications. Experience with Agile development methodologies and knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices will be advantageous in this role.,
