Information Technology Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager in IT Sales based in Nagpur, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Developing and executing sales strategies to drive IT service and product sales across global markets. - Identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and managing end-to-end client acquisition. - Fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales performance metrics to senior leadership. - Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. - Collaborating with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5-8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial/team lead role. - Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and global sales processes. - Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment. - Based in Nagpur and open to working in US shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST).
