Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated from Google Ads and other digital campaigns.
• Understand client requirements related to website design, app development, or software needs.
• Present MCANSEY’s capabilities, services, and previous work to prospective clients confidently.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to create proposals and quotations.
• Maintain a CRM database of client interactions, proposals, and pipeline stages.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
• Represent the company in client calls, virtual meetings, and when required, onsite.
• Stay updated with current market trends and competitor offerings in the tech space.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in web or mobile development services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in layman's terms.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
