Job Title: IT Sales Executive (Enterprise Solutions)

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Experience: 2–4 years preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing, energetic, and persistent IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing B2B leads by actively engaging with medium to large-scale enterprises and pitching relevant IT solutions including ERP (Odoo), software development, and infrastructure services.

You will be the first touchpoint for new prospects — expected to manage the outreach process, build client relationships, and drive them toward our pre-sales team for deeper engagement.


Key Responsibilities


* Identify and approach potential clients (enterprise and mid-market) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits

* Conduct compelling product/service pitches to decision-makers in IT, Operations, or Management

* Understand client pain points and map them to our solutions (ERP, software, infrastructure, etc.)

* Schedule demos or detailed discovery calls with the pre-sales/tech team

* Maintain and update CRM with lead statuses, notes, and follow-up tasks

* Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets and pipeline KPIs

* Represent the company at business networking events, expos, and client meetings

* Provide feedback from the market to improve messaging and services

* Required Skills & Qualities

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* High confidence and strong client-facing presence

* Must be relentless and self-driven with a passion for sales

* Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work under pressure

* Good multi-tasking skills – able to juggle multiple conversations, follow-ups, and lead stages

* Basic understanding of software solutions, IT services, or ERP systems is a plus

* Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or enterprise sales is highly preferred

* Comfort with tools like CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach tools, etc.


Educational Qualification

Any UG/PG Degree in Business, Engineering, or IT-related fields

Sales certifications or training is a plus
