Job Title: Embedded Recruiter Location: Pune (5 Days work from office) Experience: 6+ years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking proactive and technically sound Embedded Recruiters to support our growing engineering hiring needs in the embedded systems domain. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top talent for roles in firmware, RTOS, device drivers, and embedded hardware/software development. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for embedded roles (e.g., Embedded Software Engineers, Firmware Developers, RTOS Specialists, etc. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean search techniques for sourcing. Understanding of domain like Automotive, IoT, Industrial Automation, etc. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews Maintain accurate records in ATS and track hiring metrics Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in embedded or semiconductor hiring Good understanding of Embedded technologies – C++ Embedded Development, Bluetooth/BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (FuSA – ISO 26262), ASPICE, Part 6, Part 11 Compliance Experienced recruiters who understand Firmware technologies such as Board Support Packages (BSP), Linux Kernel, Device Driver Development, Bootloader, Embedded Linux and RTOS Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Masters in HR Why Join Us?
