Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management) for technical and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before presenting to hiring teams.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Track and update candidate activity in the ATS/CRM system.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a

  Technical/IT Recruiter

  (agency or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, and professional services roles.
• Skilled in sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms (Boolean search expertise a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and MS Office/Google Suite.
