About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in a remote setup. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent for various technology-driven roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT positions using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future roles.
• Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills:

• 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment.
• Understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and skill sets.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and passive candidate outreach.
• Familiarity with different interviewing techniques and assessment methods.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote recruiter role.
