IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/ Banking and Financial roles in the India market.
• Source candidates through job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
• Negotiate salary and rate terms with candidates and close offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Work collaboratively with account managers and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Domestic staffing.
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
• Familiarity with Contract to hire and Permanent Positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
