Information Technology Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified IT professionals using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates on communication skills, experience, availability, and rate/salary expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and track feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent across technologies.
• Maintain candidate records and activity updates using ATS/CRM tools.
• Develop an understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
• Maintain compliance with client requirements and US labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BCA, B.Tech, MCA, BE ).

• Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

• Basic knowledge of common IT roles: Java Developer, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, Network Engineer, etc.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple open requirements.

• Experience using ATS systems, MS Office, and email tools.
