Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter located in Delhi. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical positions. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The recruiter will also focus on building and maintaining a network of potential candidates. Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
