Job Title: Project Manager – Safe City / Smart City Projects

Location: Bihar

Experience: 10+ years (Minimum 5 years in Safe City / Smart City / Surveillance Projects)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Safe City, Smart City, and Surveillance projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects within time, scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, government bodies, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all project phases.
• Budget & Risk Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and technology partners for smooth implementation.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and maintain proper documentation for audits.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent
• Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Total: 10+ years in project management
• Minimum 5 years in Safe City / Smart City / Surveillance Projects

Key Skills:

• Expertise in project lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, IT infrastructure, networking
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
