Job Description Job Category : Trainee IT Recruiter Job Location : Agra, Uttar Pradesh Work Mode - Work from Office (5 Days Working) Timings - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Job Type - Full-time Stipend : 10K (Stipend) per month (6 months), 1.8 LPA - 2.4 LPA post-completion of 6 months of training Skills and Responsibilities: ● Create and publish job ads in various portals ● Network with potential candidates through professional groups on social media and during events ● Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees ● Screen resumes and job applications ● Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates ● Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive) ● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire ● Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys ● Reporting - daily, weekly, and monthly ● Ability to manage recruitment events, walk-in drives , etc. ● Sourcing talent through traditional and digital means to maintain an active candidate database. ● Must have excellent communication (Written and Verbal) skills .
